Lapis Lazuli Art LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides epoxy flooring, coatings, Venetian plaster, and painting services in Colorado.

3) Estimates, Quotes, and Consultations

Any estimate or quote provided through the Site, text, email, or phone is non-binding and may change after an on-site evaluation, measurement, substrate inspection, moisture testing (if applicable), material selection, scope clarification, or scheduling confirmation.

Pricing is based on information available at the time and may be adjusted due to site conditions, customer-requested changes, material availability, or other factors outside our control.

4) Scheduling and Availability

Appointments and start dates are subject to availability and confirmation. Delays may occur due to weather, material lead times, jobsite readiness, access issues, curing requirements, or unforeseen site conditions.

5) Customer Responsibilities (Jobsite Readiness)

To avoid delays or additional charges, you agree to:

Provide safe access to the work area and utilities as needed (power/water)

Remove or protect valuables and personal items from the work area

Secure pets and ensure safe conditions for our team

Provide accurate project information and promptly respond to scheduling/approval requests

If the work area is not ready or access is restricted, we may reschedule and/or charge a trip fee or standby fee.

6) Project Changes (Change Orders)

Any changes to scope, materials, colors, coatings systems, prep level, or timelines may require a written change order and may affect price and schedule.

7) Payment Terms (General)

Unless otherwise stated in a signed proposal/contract:

Deposits may be required to reserve scheduling and order materials.

Final payment is due upon completion (or as specified in your proposal/contract).

Late payments may result in fees or interest to the extent allowed by law.

Note: Your signed proposal/contract (if provided) controls the exact pricing, payment schedule, and warranty terms for your project.

8) Warranties and Disclaimers

Any warranty details (coverage, exclusions, duration) will be provided in writing in your proposal, invoice, or warranty document.

Website content is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that content is always current.

Results may vary depending on substrate condition, moisture levels, jobsite use, maintenance, and environmental conditions.

9) Maintenance and Care

You are responsible for following any care instructions provided for epoxy floors, coatings, plaster, or painted surfaces. Improper cleaning methods, harsh chemicals, neglect, or abuse may void warranty coverage.

10) Photos, Reviews, and Marketing Use (Optional)

With your permission, we may photograph completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you do not want photos used publicly, notify us in writing before work begins.

11) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, photos, logos, and design) is owned by Lapis Lazuli Art LLC or used with permission and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written consent.

12) Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools to operate our business (including HighLevel for forms/CRM and communications). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

13) Communications Consent (Calls, Texts, Email)

By submitting your information through the Site, you consent to being contacted by phone, text (SMS), or email regarding your inquiry, estimates, scheduling, and services.

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

You may opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link (if provided).

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100.
